Yin & Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga combines two forms of yoga into one practice: Yin Yoga is a slow form of practice that works on the deep connective tissue and joints of the body by passively holding the positions for a long duration.
While Yang Yoga is a more active form that works on developing strength and flexibility.
Combining both in a single practice provides great benefits, balancing and harmonising the body, mind and soul.
