About me

My name is Carmen and 

I am a Holistic Health coach and food consultant 

My mission is to help women to detoxify their bodies, learn how to make healthy eating their best habit, and improve their energy and balance.

My passion for food started with my first steps into the world. I grew up on a small family farm, so food was always an important part of my life.

I worked in restaurants, cooking schools, and icecream shops, then I decided to go beyond " cooking " and have complete knowledge of the food origin and nutritional features.

My passion for nutrition and healthy food led me to work also as a Health Coach

After following many international courses on Nutrition, Food as medicine, and different readings on the topic, I have graduated from the IIN - the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York and started the journey as a Holistic Health Coach.
