Cancellation Policy - Yoga Retreat May 1-5 2026 Cancellation by March 1, 2026: You may cancel your reservation with a full refund by March 1, 2026 Cancellation from March 1 to March 31, 2026: will incur a penalty of 50% of the total amount. Cancellation after March 31, 2026: No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 31, 2026 Exceptions: Full or partial refund may be considered only in case of exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the organizer. Transfer of reservation: It is possible to transfer the reservation to another person upon notification by March 31, 2026
