YIN & SOUND HEALING 

every Monday at 18.45 at ONNI studio

This deeply nourishing class begins with a grounding Yin yoga practice, where long-held, passive poses gently open the body, target the connective tissue, and create space for stillness. The Yin sequence supports deep release and introspection, preparing the body and mind for rest.
The practice then transitions into a meditative Sound Healing journey using elemental chimes inspired by the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each chime resonates with its corresponding element, inviting balance and alignment on both physical and energetic levels. The subtle, harmonious vibrations help calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and foster inner clarity.
Yin & Sound Healing is an ideal space to slow down, reconnect, and restore your natural rhythm. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply at peace.

HATHA LESSON

every Monday and Thursday at 9:45 at ManaYoga Studio

A Hatha yoga lesson focuses on gentle, mindful movements that combine physical postures (asanas) with breath control (pranayama) and relaxation. The session typically begins with a grounding warm-up, followed by a sequence of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on slow, controlled breathing and proper alignment, fostering a sense of calm and inner awareness. The lesson usually concludes with a guided relaxation or meditation, leaving participants feeling refreshed and centered. Suitable for all levels, Hatha yoga provides a balanced approach to both physical and mental well-being.

Zulal Ece Sonmez

Carmen is the sweetest soul. She brings a joyful and caring energy to her yoga class. By the time we finished with the yin part, I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. She encourages her students to push passed beyond their limits with compassion and humility. You will hear her giggle with you, if you are struggling with a pose.
