Yin & Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga class every Tuesday at 12.30 at The Holistic Corner in 39, Val Saint André L-1128 Luxembourg

The Yin Yang Yoga practice incorporates both passive and active yoga elements, it draws harmony to the body and mind and the nervous system. The yin in yin yang flow involves passively holding yoga poses to help release tension and increase circulation, while the more active yang postures help to increase stamina and build strength.

It combines two forms of yoga into one practice:

Yin Yoga is a slow form of practice that works on the deep connective tissue and joints of the body by passively holding the positions for a long duration.

While Yang Yoga is a more active form that works on developing strength and flexibility.

Combining both in a single practice provides great benefits, balancing and harmonizing the body, mind and soul.
